This Friday we took Carter to see a Sesame Street musical at the Metra. I'd spent 3 days getting her all excited to go and she was practically bouncing off the walls by the time we got there. She had a great time. The only time she wasn't thrilled with the whole show was when they didn't have Elmo on the stage (which luckily wasn't very often)
Naturally Robert had to pick Carter up a toy which lit up in the darkened arena and she just thought that was so cool. So did all the kids around us whose parents managed to get out of there without buying the over priced kid bait.
I also made Robert take a picture of me with my two babies. I almost never get in pictures since I'm the one always taking them. I figured I better start trying harder, especially when I'm actually dressed up!

Wow! Your hair was done and everything Jami! Good job...I realize the same thing as you have and my mom has always talked about - there aren't very many pictures of the resident photographers! Lots of good pictures.
